She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hoernke and Louise Hoernke (Punke); her husband Raymond Hackel; her grandson Scott; her great grandchild Alli; her siblings, Harold Hoernke, Alma Denzine and Hertha Werner; and her son-in-law Roger Thieme.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Maroldy (Daniel), Mike Hackel (Cheri) of Abbotsford, Wendy King (Tom Rosinski) of Rockford, IL, Julie Thieme of Colby, Kathy Welcher (Roy) of Cameron, Ken Hackel of Abbotsford, Paula Erickson (Bruce) of Athens and Paul Hackel (Tracy) of Brantwood; and her sisters-in-law, Cecilia Venzke of Abbotsford and Theresa Hackel of Marshfield. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
