He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rankl and Ethel Rankl (Schiebe); his wife Catherine Zink; his son Adam; and his brother Jerry Rankl (Arlene).
He is survived by: his children, Ben Rankl (Sara Anunson) of Fox Crossing, Jordan Rankl (Terri) of Kaukauna and Sarah Rankl of Abbotsford; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Rosalie, Tucker and Lucas Rankl; and his brother James Rankl (Cindy) of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
