He is survived by: his former wife Carol Szutkowski; his daughter Amy Merrill (Pat) of Medford; his grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth and Kyra Merrill; and his siblings, Delores Umlauft (Duane) of Sherwood and Dennis Melvin (Annette) of West Bend. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
