She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zahorka and Alma Zahorka (Denzin); her husband Albert Horacek; and her siblings, Art, Ervin Zahorka and Anna Haderlein.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Skrzypcak (Marvin) of Edgar, Jerry Horacek (Bonita) of Abbotsford and Diane Horacek of Abbotsford; and her grandchildren, Lori Krause (Dale), Mark Skrzypcak (Annette), Terri Schelvan (Trent), Scott Skrzypcak, Dawn Joachim (Kevin), Sherri Tanner (Mike), Tammy Kohler (Dave), Jim Horacek (Meridith), Jeff Horacek and Justin Horacek. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
