She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Hendricks and Rachel Hendricks (Brush); and her sister Dolores "Cookie" Colby. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Smith; her pet Bella; her children, Scott Smith of Spanaway, WA, Craig Smith (Kristina) of Phoenix, AZ and Kristi Austin (Saby Martinez) of Moxee, WA; her sister Beverly Mydland of Vashon Island, WA; her granddaughters, Brittany (Brian), Addison, Avery (Connor), Sophia and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Annie, Barrett, Alice and Ruby Jo.
