She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sohappy (Wanapum) of Priest Rapids and Julia Pimms (Longhouse) of Wapato Kaatnum; her siblings, Lawrence Sohappy Sr., Hannah Sohappy, Lena Owen, Amelia Sohappy and Viola Sohappy; and her children, Frankie Brown and Angelique Sampson.
She is survived by: her pet O'mally; and her children, Winna Switzler (Roger Stahi), Cris Polk (late Michael Polk), Oona Dittentholer (Thomas Dittentholer), Juliette Brown (Michael Eagle-Olney), Bruce Fish (Terri Gonzales) and Kenny Simmons Brown. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
