He was predeceased by: his father Butch Allan; and his sister Pattie Allan. He is survived by: his mother Stella Richards Parker of Zillah; his children, Haley Allan of Zillah, Sean and Shane Allan; his siblings, Don Allan, Ed Allan and Joan Thompson; his stepsiblings, Marlene Young, Wayne, Phil and Bob Turple; and his friend Gail Ann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
