Lewis; his grandparents, Charlie and Bessie Sampson; his brothers, Carter "Herbie" Jim and William "Buffy" Lewis Jr.; his uncles, Gary Sampson and Elliott Sampson; his grandsons, Eric Pebeahsy and Tyson Wahchumwa; his nephew Frank Harry Jim; his mother-in-law Janice Farmer Satanus; and his brothers-in-law, Roger, Clifford Satanus and Myles Pebeahsy.
