He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Otto and Lurena Mae Barnard (Fuller); his wife Susan; his siblings, Bud Barnard, Rick Barnard, Renaye Forgey and Kolleen Wickens; his daughters, Melissa Rus (Kevin), Kelly Wemp (Barry) and Jamie Stumph (Rick); and his grandchildren, Seth, Ezra Wemp, Caleb, Eli Rus, Reese and Ruby Stumph. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
