It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Irene Belzer (Yakima, Washington), who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Brendale; and her parents, A. Bruce Belzer and Irene F Belzer. She is survived by: her children, Ali Vincent and Joseph Connors; and her brother David Belzer (Karen). She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
