He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Cook (Starr) and Edmund W. Cook; his stepfather Frank Beach; and his brother Lawrence Cook. He is survived by: his wife Kay Cook (Yakima); his daughters, Susan Rice of Fall City, Laura Lantz of Yakima and Rhonda Bethurum (Andy) of Seattle; his sister Joanne McLenahan; and his grandchildren, Crystal Hill (Richard), Jeremy Rice, Michael Jenkins, Amanda Lantz and Ainsley Bethurum. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
