He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, April, Michael, Bruce, Bud, Brian and Bill; his stepchildren, Brenda, Mark, Deborah, Robert and Barbara; and his nephews, Doyle and Jess. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
