He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexford Butler and Hilda Butler; his brother David; and his grandson Nick. He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his sons, Rocky (Robin), David, Alan (Lori) and Michael (Johnna). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and 6 siblings.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice or your local Elks Lodge.
