He was predeceased by: his parents, John L Swan and Charlotte Swan; his brothers, Timothy Swan and Paul Swan; and his son James Tsoodle.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Swan; his children, Sarah Patterson, Lynn Swan, Sissy Tsoodle (Willie) and Thomas Swan; his brothers, John Swan (Ellen) and Nick Swan (Donna); and his grandchildren, Kaiden Swan, Michael Patterson II, Miriam Patterson, Almarae Zuniga (Johnny), Teresa Dittentholer, Amie Dittentholer (Will), Erica Dorais (Kyle), William Hunter Dittentholer and Summer Dittentholer. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
