He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincie Adams and Eula Adams; his brothers, Quenton and Kenneth (Lucille); and his grandson Blake.
He is survived by: his children, Rick (Ann), Randy (Jane) and LaDonna (Phil Nelson); his grandchildren, Deric Nelson, Darin Nelson, Brian Adams (Amanda), Ricky Adams (Stephanie), Lauren Hamilton (Giles), Kaley Deffinbaugh (Zach), Lindsey Adams, Brooke (John Dines), Lindsey Nelson and Toni Lynn Adams; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Addison, Branson, Kennedy, Henry, Charlie, Molly Nelson, Grace, Gabe Deffinbaugh, Reagan, Bode, Bennett, Berkeley Adams and Lucy Dines; his sister-in-law Opal Adams; his nephew Tony Pottratz; and his caregivers, James, Debra Mullins, Hillary Halpin, Jacob Mullins, Madeline Canter and Carla Borland.
