He is survived by: his children, Logan Bradley MacCalla and Layne Brodie MacCalla; his wife Amy MacCalla; his daughter Leah; his mother Kristeen Ettenhofer (Lance); his siblings, Amanda Gilmer (Terry), Paul MacCalla (Kayla) and Trishlynn Cannon (David); and his mother-in-law Carolyn White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and amazing friends.
