He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin McGuire and Alvina McGuire; his wife Florence; his son Bruce McGuire; and his brothers, Richard, Bob, Dale, Larry, Jack and Denny.
He is survived by: his children, Brad McGuire and Brenda McGuire; and his grandchildren, Kristin Pacheco (Anatolio), Cara Cook (Clint), Brett McGuire (Kristi), Morgan McGuire (Tyler), Alexis True (Patrick) and Ashley Brown. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
