She is survived by: her parents, Rick Pola and Sylvia Martinez-Pola; her boyfriend Leon Johnson; her children, Noel Pola-Johnson of Yakima, Nyal of Yakima, Nyah of Yakima and Nela Pola-Johnson of Yakima; her grandparents, Mary Ruiz and Bulmaro Ruiz; and her siblings, Fabian Pola of Moxee, Miles Pola of Yakima and Tasha Pola of Yakima. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
