“So sad to hear of Kevin's passing. Kevin was one of the first people I met upon arriving at my unit in Ft Bliss, Tx in 1983 and we remained friends until his PCSing in 1987. Reconnecting a few years ago we would often get together whenever I passed through Yakima. He will be greatly missed.”
