He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Chapman Atkinson Smith and William Henry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Dunn Smith; his daughter-in-law Lydia; his sons, Kirk (Lizhen), Jeff (Kathleen), Brad (Irene) and Cory (Lisa); his brother Roger; his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Lois; and his grandson Dustin. He is also survived by grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
