He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kaluzny and Barbara Kaluzny (Butrem); his brothers, Peter and Joseph; his brother-in-law Mark Petroff; his parents-in-law, Bill and Noralee Driscoll; and his brother-in-law Pat Driscoll.

He is survived by: his wife Colleen Driscoll; his daughters, Kaitlin Joy Kaluzny, Hannah Elizabeth Kaluzny and Erin Gans (Justin); his granddaughters, Maya, Angelina, Shey, Ella Mae and Macy; his daughter Kristin White (Chris); his grandchildren, Jonah, Daniel, Micah and Grace; his son Jeremy Michalsky; his granddaughter Olivia; his daughter Melissa Blanco (Chris); his grandchildren, Madison, Peyton and Allison; his siblings, David Kaluzny (Dawn), Stephen Kaluzny (Susan), George Kaluzny (Judith), Martha Henning (Greg), Sarah Kaluzny-Petroff, Laura Kaluzny, Nancy Kaluzny, Robert Kaluzny (Kim), Bridget Kim (Henry), Bob Weisemann (Kathy), Rick Weisemann (Denise), Carol Matre (Greg) and Joe Weisemann (Lucy); and his aunt Kathryn Kaluzny.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made payable to the Adenoid Cystic Research Foundation and sent in care of Brookside Funeral Home (PO Box 1267, Moxee, WA 98936), who is caring for the family.
