He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Worley (Andrews) and Don Worley; his grandparents, Edna and Ed Andrews; and his uncles, Robert Worley, Bob Andrews and Eddie Andrews.

He is survived by: his children, Hannah (Miki), Jay (Kayla), Breanna, Whitney, McKenna (Kayle) and Avrie; his grandchildren, Adrik, Abigail, Ayden and Madison; and his siblings, Verona Worley (Peach), Donald Eileen Worley (Butch), William Denise Worley (Billy), Chris Worley (Darlene) and Charles Michael Worley.
