He is survived by: his parents, Lee Vonne Forney and Carl Davis; his stepfather Michael Forney; his grandmother Mary Davis; his siblings, Jason, Nathan Davis, Kelly Baraibar and Rae Bonnie Davis; and his children, David Davis, Kyla Chavolla, Maria Chavolla and Maya McDonald.
