He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Dukes and Florence Dukes; his wife Norma Jean; his children, Troy Dukes of West Valley, Lisa Quantrille (Brian) of Snohomish and Jason Dukes (Alicia) of Terrace Heights; and his siblings, Leroy Dukes of Selah and Janet Moss of Grand Junction, Colorado.. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
