He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Carter and Elizabeth Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Shannon Carter, Charles Carter, Alex Modest, Sonya Lott, Pamela Carter and Elizabeth Martin; his child Quantica Seaver; and his grandsons, Andre'Anderson Jr. and Jaylin Gaines.
