He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Sliger and Birdie Sliger (Wheeler); his wife Patricia Ubelaker; his moth er Birdie; and his brother Gail.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Sliger, Joe Sliger (Josie) and Tom Sliger. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Terrace Heights Ward (105 S Hillcrest Dr, Yakima, WA 98901). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Terrace Heights Memorial Park (3001 Terrace Heights Dr, Yakima, WA 98901).
