With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Joan (Davis) Levad in Yakima, Washington, born in Forest City, Iowa, who passed away on October 6, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Davis and Delton Davis. She is survived by: her children, Dave (Betty Jo) and Betty Jo's; her brother Robert; her in-laws, Trena Levad, Bob Mosiman, Eric Lovstad, Michael Bedig and Judy Levad; her husband David; her sister Katrina Toby (Glen); her in-laws, Karen Levad, Linda Levad Passow, Sally Oelkers and Deb Sjolsvold (Steve); and also, Marie, Gordon, Charles, Richard, Joseph, Edward, Robert "Pete" Levad, Mark Levad, Diane Whitmire (Brent), Michael Levad (Maren), Patrick Levad (Jennifer Grey), Tim Levad (Kathrin), Sarah Fitzgerald (James), Aiden Fitzgerald, Alana Fitzgerald, Davin Levad, Mickey Levad, Emma Burgess (Alastair), Nicole Grant (Ray), Max Tim, Eliza Levad, Freya Grant, Henry Burgess, Steve Levad (Barb), Jim Levad, Tom Levad (Dorothy Fogg), Mary Lovstad, Susan Baugus (John), Sharon Bedig, Andy Levad, Brady Levad and Dave. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shaw & Son's Funeral Home (201 N 2nd St, Yakima, WA 98901). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (5315 Tieton Dr, Yakima, WA 98908).
Memorial contributions may be made payable to Mother Joseph Early Learning Center at St. Joseph Marquette Catholic School (202 N. 4th Street, Yakima, WA 98901).
