She was predeceased by: her father Richard E. Riggs. She is survived by: her mother Waynette Riggs. She is also survived by 6 siblings, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
Memorials preferred to the Yakima Humane Society with whom Dorothy had collaborated in recent years.
