He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Osborn and Frances Osborn (Jenkins); and his brothers, Art, Floyd and Ron.

He is survived by: his wife Lori Marshall; his children, Scott, Daniel, Timothy, Kelly and Rebecca Flynn; his brother-in-law James Marshall; and his close friends, Murphy and Rider. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are requested to the American Lung Association in Dave's name.
