He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Horton and Mary Elizabeth Horton (Francis); and his sisters, Gertrude, May, Rosie and Ruby.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Spencer (Isaac), Mary Webster (Kim), Clarence Jr. (Jerrie), Delbert (Kellie), Robert (Debbie), Bryan (Sherrie) and Perry Horton; and his grandchildren, Summer, Gary and Crew. He is also survived by his family and friends.
