He is survived by: his wife April; his daughters, Tayler (Cole Bergeson) and Chantel; his granddaughter Leah; his siblings, Brad Wilson (Wendy), Jered Barnett and Kacey Ford; his parents, Kenneth Ford (Sue) and Donna Barnett (Scott); his grandmother Ruby Keeth; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Lorraine Ream. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
