She was predeceased by: her husband Jack D. Fugate; her siblings, George Grunbeck (Clare), Marie Willis (Jack), Janet Munson (Edward) and Daniel Grunbeck; and her parents, George Grunbeck and Amelia Grunbeck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Marie Fugate, Jeanette Forman (Matthew), Barbara Fugate (Androu) and Susan Fugate Brangers (David); her grandchildren, Annie Bovenizer (Brian), Jane Forman (Matt), KiAira Brennin, Jack Brangers and Lillian Brangers; her great grandchildren, Bobby, EmmyLou Bovenizer and June Tarabochia; and her sister-in-law Maureen Grunbeck. She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews.
