He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford Q. Elvidge and Anita M. Elvidge; and his sisters, Marthanna Veblen and Carolyn Elvidge. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Elvidge; and his daughter Janice Elvidge. He is also survived by four nephews, three nieces, plus many great-nephews and great-nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Robert's name to the Woodinville Firefighters Benevolent Fund, Swedish Medical Center Foundation, and/or the Bear Creek United Methodist Church.
