He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Jennifer May (Glenn) and Laurie Butler; his grandchildren, Becky, David (Sara), Jon (Holly), Jessica, Michael and Kristin; and his brothers, Ronald and Thomas. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
