He was predeceased by: his son Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Beth Zunino (Bud), Doreen Anderson (Bill), Heidi Lakey (Rod), Aaron Moffett (Angela) and Andy Moffett (Cindy); and his sisters, Terrry and Jerri.
