He was predeceased by: his parents, Cortez Albert Bowen and Ella Louise Bowen; his significant other Stasia A. Clinch; and his sister Betty Krause. He is survived by: his children, Keith Bowen (Suzie) of Scappoose, Frank Bowen (Michelle) of Bend, Ronald Bowen (Pinyaphat) of San Diego, Lorna Murray (Shawn) of Portland, Kelly Bowen of Vancouver and Lloyd Bowen (Renee) of Ridgecrest. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
