She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Anderson; her husband John McCarthy of Mellen, Wisconsin.; and her siblings, Toivo Anderson, Mayme Anderson, Hilda Neary, Lillian Hager, Viola Schoorman, Viriginia Takkunen, Dorothy Hanninen and June Dorr.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff McCarthy (Jenny) of Snohomish, WA, Jim McCarthy (Janice) of Chehalis, WA and Jana Hocker (Murray) of Fall City, WA; her grandchildren, Justin McCarthy (Taryn), Tyler McCarthy (Emily), Travis McCarthy (Amanda), Jacob McCarthy and Katelyn Hocker; and her great grandchild Everly McCarthy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
