He is survived by: his siblings, Julia Polk, Swan Polk and Sequia Polk; his sons, Maurice Polk Jr., Marvin Polk, Max Polk (Sonny) and Cuthla Larena Sohappy; and his grandfathers, Murphy, Uhla Shirley Polk, Uhla Linda Poitra of Warm Springs, OR, Uhla Evelyn Capocman of Taholah, WA, Uhla Geraldine Jim, Uhla Diretha Jim and Uhla Debra "Penny" Jim. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
