He is survived by : his wife Marjorie (Boisselle); his children, Heather Kistner (Greg), Michael Balch (Jennifer) and Kevin Balch; his adoptive daughter Shannon Molineaux (Rick); his grandsons, Cody, Logan, Lucas, Jose and Luis; his sister Deana; and his cousins, Patti, Deanna, Kent and Linda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
