Lloyd; his son Allen Campbell; his stepson Nicholas Kola; his daughter Korena Campbell; his stepdaughters, Brenda Jo Kever and Trisha Lynn Meyers; his sisters, Daisy Campbell and Jackie Kirschner; his half-siblings, Patricia Harris and Larry Campbell of Portland, OR; and his granddaughter Sophia Crappo.
