Frazier of Westport, Washington, born in Evening Shade, Arkansas, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Graddy Frazier and Oliver O Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kathleen Graeber (Todd), Marilyn Olson and Richard Olson (Kim); and his sister Sandy Allen. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
