He is survived by: his sons, Joe Spivey (Vickie) of Westport, Washington, Scott Spivey of Hoquiam, Washington, Don Spivey (Becky) of Montesano, Washington and Terry Spivey (Lori) of Bothell, Washington; and his daughter-in-law Julie Spivey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
