He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Flaten and Lorrine Flaten. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Geraldine Mostoller (Gerry); his children, Pam Bowe (Andy), Mark Flaten (Angelina) and Eric Flaten (Sherrie); his grandchildren, Joshua, Nicole, Kayla, Brooke Flaten and Sean Downey; his great grandchildren, Kaiya Flaten and Jaxson Downey; his sister Jacque Busek; and his cousin Lynell Davis.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled later once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
