He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; and his siblings, James, Wally Loudon and Idella Rempel. He is survived by: his children, Gene Loudon (Michelle) and Cindy Loudon (Rick Kenney). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
