He is survived by: his wife Margaret DeGrande Mickelson of Washougal, Washington; and his children, Dale Mickelson (Sandra) of Spokane, Daniel Mickelson (Brenda) of Medford, Oregon, Karen Mickelson of Washougal and Lynette Mickelson of Washougal, Washington. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
