He is survived by: his wife Lola Conklin; his stepson Dustin; his sons, Dustan Dickerson and Byron Dickeron; and his siblings, Terry Sande, Dixie King, Bob Dickerson, Nick Olheiser, David Olheiser and Mary Hillyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
