He is survived by: his children, Ivan Hooper of Washougal, Paul Hooper (Jessica) of Washougal, Jeff Hooper of Iowa, Suzy Levy (Anthony) of London, England, Julie Hooper of Iowa and Margaret Malin of Illinois; and his sister Amy Hooper of Iowa. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
