We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2020, at the age of 60, Edward Joseph Toner III of Washougal, Washington, born in Pensacola, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph Toner, Jr. and Mary Josephine Toner (Marlene); and his brother Tim Toner. He is survived by: his wife Laura Toner; his children, Eric Toner (Tiffany) and Meghen Bingham (Scott); his grandchildren, Porter, Ella and Sophie Bingham; and his siblings, Patrick, Kevin Toner, Deirdre Toner and Eileen Becker.
Due to Covid-19, the family will not be able to receive guests.
