He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Tanya Mizar of Lebanon, Jennifer Mizar of Molalla, Oregon, Joshua Mizar of Gresham, William Bain (Joanna) of Oceanside, Austin Bain (Madison) of Woodland and Giuseppe Mizar (Jordan) of Carson, Washington; his siblings, Michael Mizar of Tigard, Oregon, Jennifer Mizar of Tigard, Brenda Gandu of Oregon Citty, Janette Daniels of Hillsboro and Kendra Dauenhauer of Brush Prairie, Washington; and his mother Gail Mizar of Hillsboro, Oregon. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
