He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Ellen and Virgil Paul "Buck" Crumpacker; and his siblings, Nadine and Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Leah Rhae Peterson; his children, Tammi Fletcher (Brent), Michael Crumpacker (Julie), Myron Crumpacker (Sheri) and Kacee Crumpacker; his grandchildren, Sarah Hellman, Shelby Crumpacker-Moody, Philip Crumpacker, Sidney Leifson and Jarrod Crumpacker; his great grandchild Masen Leifson; and his sister Beverly Galloway. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
